Losing a pound a week is healthy but in terms of difficulty.... uh....
Lemme know what works for you
No, it's absolutely not possible. No way I believe you're turning 40. Maybe 30.
I think if you put your mind into it... you can do it... you can actually lose 2 pounds in a week. You have to share the secret of your success when time comes.. ok miss you!
BTW, I am trying to lose 20 pounds...no time frame kaya hindi effective I'm gaining more than losing
Can be done, absolutely! I have to agree w/BB61, though, you SOOOO don't look like you'll be 40! My 2 daughters and I have been on the whole weight loss bandwagon (AGAIN!) and my eldest has lost 35 lbs in a little over 7 mos. My youngest and I have gone a little slower, but we started later, too. In 2 months, Jenessa has lost 10 lbs in 2 mos and I've lost 7. Not trying to be discouraging, but after 40 it gets harder......THIS I do know. Mid-40s - it's even harder. Go for it!
Supportahan kita...sabi nila ang secret to loosing weight is right food and exercise...not sure if you can loose 40 pounds but any pounds lost is a lost so just do your best...be kind to yourself.
Hi M. Remember me Eric's Friend Naomi?, I just read your blog for the first time in a long time and it just so happens that I recently lost 10 lbs in 3 weeks Joseph my husband was away making a film and I decided to put my all into it I joined Weight Watchers at home where they use the point system.. I really like it..but that alone is not enough..I Buckled down to at least 45 mins of cardio..I use my bowflex machine , or I do a great walking dvd By Leslie Sansones I reccommend it highly a great workout in a small space and the dvds sale for around 10.00 each. Resistance bands are used also .
I lost 3 more pounds this week for a total of 13..I will say it is hard work and although I am using the weight watchers at home program to control calories, I think the workouts are the major factor.
Anyhow , write to me anytime..would love to hear from you..
